We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at a minimum of 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.
If you make an attempt to contact us with less than 12 hours before you appointment begins, the cancellation fee will be considered a Late Notice Fee. Late Notice Fees are equivalent to 50% of the cost of the service(s) being cancelled.
No Call/No Show
If you fail to make an attempt to contact us you will be charged a No Call/No Show Fee. No Call/No Show Fees are equivalent to 100% of the cost of the service(s) being cancelled.
If you arrive late for the appointment, the amount of time you arrive will be deducted from the total time we have scheduled for the service, but you will be responsible to pay the full amount of the service as it was originally scheduled.
Once the session has begun, you are free to cancel at any time, for any reason, without penalty. We will only bill you for the amount of time we have spent working on you (rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment), NOT for the time you had originally scheduled.
Currently, we are booking out several weeks/months in advance. As a result, we do get requests for notifications when openings pop up unexpectedly. Unfortunately, the amount of requests we have for these updates exceeds our ability to manage them effectively. Therefore, all appointments should be booked online via our Online Booking Tool, in-person at our offices, or via our Main Phone Line (408-596-3615 available M-F/9a-5p). We do NOT currently accept appointment request via email, text, or through the Contact Us page on the website. All appointments are made on a first come/first serve basis. We have found that the best approach is to book what you can, when you can, and periodically check our Online Booking Tool for available openings that may pop up. We are aware of the difficulties in booking with this approach, and we are working toward a solution. We apologize for any difficulties this may cause in the meantime, and thank you for your patience.
Coronavirus Vaccination Policies
All of our staff have been vaccinated. Regardless of vaccination status, at this time we request ALL clients to wear a mask while visiting our offices. You are welcome to remove your mask during your treatment session, but please remember to replace it once the session has completed. Masks, when properly worn, will not have an impact on your treatment results, even when the areas being treated will be covered by the mask. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our community as safe & protected as reasonably possible.
